Cindy Hill has spent more than 20 years as a college professor and filmmaker. She served as associate producer, chief photographer, and editor for six documentaries that aired nationally on PBS. These films have garnered numerous awards including, the Erik Barnouw Award from The Organization of American Historians for Best Historical Documentary, Best Feature Audience Award from the Detroit Docs International Film Festival, Best Feature Documentary from the UrbanWorld Film Festival, Finalist IDA/ABC News VideoSource Award. She has screened work at more than 100 film festivals nationally and internationally, including The Smithsonian Institute and The Martin Luther King Jr. Center.
Stokes Piercy is a filmmaker and film scholar from East Tennessee. He has more than 10 years of experience as a filmmaker, college professor, writer and editor.
He has produced and screened several award winning films. He is a published author and has lectured nationally and internationally on the intersection of superheroes, philosophy, religion and popular culture. He is a certified trainer in Apple Final Cut Pro X as well as Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
Wendy Orellana is an FAA certified drone pilot, a talented photographer, fluent in Spanish and a natural producer. Wendy was the primary caretaker for Cindy’s mother for over a year.
During this time Cindy discovered that she was not only a gifted caretaker, but also an also an exceptional photographer. She officially joined the Runaway Dog pack in February 2018.
Fizze is a rescue dog and our resident motion blur. Standing at a respectful 11 inches he has been known to leap upwards of 12 feet in a single bound. The Runaway Dog Pack also includes Kona and Walker, who are also rescue dogs. Though we may be a dog pack, but we love all animals; therefore, we are proud to offer a percentage of profits to support the ASPCA and regional animal shelters.
